I looked and though I didn’t have that program I did spy ‘Microsoft Click-to-Run 2010 (beta)’. Others with the same message about getting rid of the beta first found that it went smoothly after getting rid of Outlook Hotmail Connector which someone had noticed going on with their beta version. In exploring why I couldn’t get my official version to work, I noticed that the beta should have stayed active until October. The message last week had something to do with click-to-run. I figured that it must just have been the end of the beta window, so I ordered the official version.
One, my beta had quite working last week.
I did figure it out though, it was so late last night that I was too bleary eyed to play after I had it on.
